Recognized for leading with equity, organizational prowess, and the ability to optimize efficiencies while mobilizing teams.Vilay is a first-generation Lao immigrant who proudly embodies the hustle, ingenuity, and grit that was instilled in her at a young age by her family and ancestors. Born in a refugee camp near the Mun River in the SE Isan Region of Thailand, Vilay attributes her DIY personality, sharp instincts, and "bo bpen yung" attitude ("don't worry about it" Lao motto) to her humble beginnings.
